Controls and operation

Check the thermostat, programmer, TRVs and any smart controls are working correctly. Check ignition sequence and flame stability.

System checks

Check system pressure, expansion vessel charge, magnetic filter condition and top up inhibitor if needed.

Documentation

Issue a written service record with readings and observations, suitable for warranty and landlord records.
