How much is a landlord gas safety certificate?
Typically £50–£85 depending on the number of appliances, with discounts for combining it with a boiler service in the same visit.
Do you charge a callout fee?
For repairs we charge a fixed diagnostic fee covering the visit and fault-finding, then quote before any work. Fixed-price jobs like services have no separate callout fee.

What should I do if I smell gas?
Call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 immediately, open windows, avoid switches and naked flames, and leave the property. Once safe, call us to repair the fault.
Do you work with letting agents?
Yes — we handle certificates, servicing and repairs for letting agents and portfolio landlords, with tenant liaison and digital paperwork.
