Assure System — for larger homes with unvented cylinders.

Titanium Combi — a higher-spec option with a stainless-steel heat exchanger and longer warranty.

Sirius Three Commercial — for larger commercial installations.

E133 flame loss — usually gas supply or ignition electrode.

E119 low water pressure — repressurise, check expansion vessel and locate leaks.

E125 poor circulation — pump, blocked heat exchanger or sludge.

PCB faults on older Titanium and Suprima models.

Potterton Assure typically ships with a 7-year warranty; Titanium and premium models offer longer periods. Annual servicing keeps the warranty valid.

Assure 24kW combi swap: £2,000–£2,500 supplied and fitted.

Assure 30kW combi with filter, flush and controls: £2,400–£3,000.

Titanium combi with extended warranty: £2,700–£3,300.

Are Baxi and Potterton the same?

Both are made by Baxi Heating in Preston and share many parts, making repairs quick and cost-effective.

How long is the Potterton warranty?

Typically 7 years on Assure and longer on Titanium, subject to annual servicing.

Do you repair older Potterton Suprima and Profile boilers?

We repair current Potterton models. For very old Suprima/Profile units, a replacement is often more cost-effective.
