Baxi 800 Combi — the current flagship with a stainless steel heat exchanger and a 10-year warranty. Excellent for typical KT/TW three-bed homes.

Baxi 600 Combi — a solid mid-range choice, offering a strong warranty at a lower price point than the 800.

Baxi 400 Combi — the budget-friendly option for straight swap installs where cost is the priority.

Baxi Platinum+ and Megaflo System — for larger homes needing simultaneous hot water at multiple outlets, paired with a Megaflo Eco cylinder.

E133 flame loss / gas supply fault — often a gas valve, sensor or gas pressure issue.

E119 low water pressure — repressurise, check expansion vessel, locate any leak.

E125 poor circulation — usually a pump, blocked heat exchanger or sludge issue that also calls for a magnetic filter and flush.

Diverter valve failure on older Baxi Duo-tec and Solo units — a common part we carry as stock.

Baxi 800 comes with a 10-year manufacturer warranty when serviced annually. Baxi 600 typically 8 years, 400 typically 7 years.

We register every warranty on installation, complete Benchmark records and can take over annual servicing to keep your warranty valid.
