E-Tec Plus — the higher-spec combi with up to 10-year warranty.

Evoke — Alpha's entry-level combi for budget-driven installs.

GasSaver — an optional flue-gas heat recovery add-on that boosts hot-water efficiency.

E10 low water pressure — repressurise, check expansion vessel, find leaks.

E01 ignition lockout — usually a spark electrode or gas valve.

E11 flame loss — a gas valve or PCB fault on older units.

Fan and pump wear on older InTec and CD combis.

Alpha E-Tec ships with 7 years; E-Tec Plus with up to 10 years when installed by an accredited installer. Annual servicing keeps the warranty valid.

Evoke combi swap: £1,900–£2,400 supplied and fitted.

E-Tec 28 combi with filter, flush and controls: £2,300–£2,900.

E-Tec Plus with 10-year warranty: £2,600–£3,200.
